Storyline | Jackass Forever
After an eleven-year hiatus, the Jackass gang has returned for their last crusade. As Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, and the rest of the gang return for another round of hilarious, wildly weird, and sometimes dangerous stunts and comedy, celebrate the pleasure of a perfectly executed crotch shot.
In this comedic documentary, Johnny Knoxville leads a gang of stuntmen, skateboarders, and all-around lunatics as they taunt, humiliate, and torture one other for fun. The activities range from lighthearted (the men dress up as pandas for a panda-themed romp around Tokyo) to terrifying and life-threatening.
A golf cart destruction competition turns into something really dangerous. Live gators are about to bite on the insane Steve-O. Spike Jonze and Knoxville filmmakers appear in a theatrical disguise, testing the public’s sympathy for the elderly.
A previous sequel, “Jackass the Movie,” defies virtually every norm of filmmaking. It’s rude, nasty, and just hilarious. I’m at a loss for words to adequately describe this film since none of them come close to doing it justice. Of course, it’s based on the famous MTV program of the same name (with the exception that there’s no “the Movie” at the end).
